I ordered this a couple of months back. I have almost run through half ordering another couple to make sure there's no break. The product works, I can tell by reducing skin-fold without any changes to lifestyle. Actually I've been taking a few liberties with binges (esp. sugar) and they seem to be more forgiving while on this. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that they could have done a better job with the plug on the sterile water side.
