Apollo 50 20 tabs is a treatment for erectile dysfunction in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension. It is unclear if it is effective for treating sexual dysfunction in women. Apollo acts by blocking phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5), an enzyme that promotes the breakdown of cGMP, which regulates blood flow in the penis. It requires sexual arousal, however, to work.

Composition:

The active substance is sildenafil. Each tablet contains 50 mg, 100 mg
sildenafil as sildenafil citrate.
The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate,
croscarmellose sodium, Kollidon 25 (polyvinylpyrrolidone), magnesium
stearate, FDC Blue N.1 dye.
